I've been using Burn XT for a few months now not necessarily for weight loss but maintenance as I lost weight last year and regain it quickly if I'm not very very careful. I've been taking bgg Burn XT Black for a few weeks now and I like it better. I started with just 1 tablet as recommended and recommend the same. They are stronger and your body needs to get used to them. My traction was already pretty low, now it's practically non-existent. I recommend maybe eating a fruit or something small after you take it so you don't eat it on an empty stomach. Although it doesn't make me nauseous, I noticed that the hunger was as strong as if I hadn't eaten for a few days 😅 When I eat, small portions and the concentration I feel at work or when cleaning are enough. Home is a great help. I don't get nervous or jump off walls, but I'm less distracted and complete tasks faster (there's a big procrastination here, so that's a big improvement).
