The support they provide is great. They are always on top of things, always available, and never seem to fail on their end. It took nearly an hour for a ticket I opened with them to be resolved. They have a lot of bells and whistles, but some of them are a bit over the top, which can be a turn-off. I'd say try it out and see how it works for you. I am solving the problem of data storage. I am storing information about our customers in a database, and it's a huge pain to keep track of our data. Omnia solves this problem.
