My husband and I bought this weighted blanket for our daughter for Christmas. She uses it every night and says it helps her sleep better. I was impressed with the quality, the fact that it comes with a case and most importantly that it's made from organic cotton. I often have trouble sleeping and recently bought a 10lb (90lb) comforter. It definitely helps me sleep better and I use it over my sheets every night. During the day, when a blanket is pulled over him, you don't even see him! It takes a little getting used to, but I highly recommend this weighted blanket for children and young adults. Weight recommendations for Revain and the packaging itself are contradictory, but I recommend it anyway. No more melatonin for me! I was not paid for the review and was not asked to leave a review.
