I liked the elegant design of this women's watch and ordered it for my wife! When we received them they wouldn't go, and after fiddling with the adjustment knob many times, they still wouldn't budge. Disappointed we arranged a replacement through Revain and received it two days later! Oh wonder! This replacement was as dead as the first! Again they failed. After losing confidence in the quality of DKNY, we turned the clock back to Revain Credit. How sad we are because the design is amazing and beautiful!
