It comes in a drawer that can store all 5 sets of items, or you can use the extra cotton pouch to store baby brushes and combs. The goat hair brush is very soft and smooth and I use it on my child to gently and gently detangle his hair. I also love the bonus items that come with the set, a cotton pouch and a wooden teether.
