Great acquisition for our son's controllers. Both are made for X Box, not Microsoft. It includes 2 controllers, so one is always charged and ready to go. The battery does not need to be removed. This fixed the issue of batteries not being placed correctly when they needed to be charged but were not placed in the charger. The charger has a small footprint so it doesn't take up much space in an already crowded play area. After an initial charge, the batteries are ready for use all day, but only need a few hours to charge. Colored indicators show immediately that they are fully charged. The device also has a one-year warranty. It's not something you typically see on a toy.
