This item is essential if you enjoy watching your iPad outdoors. However, the idea of a sun visor is better than the execution. The sun visor is well made from quality materials and attaches to a standard iPad fairly quickly. However, magnets are used to connect the side panels. Either stronger magnets or velcro work better. Separate the sides with light movements. Also, the perimeter of the shadow should extend slightly from the edges of the iPad. Currently you should be looking directly into the "tunnel" effect created by the vertical panels. A larger perimeter would have made viewing more comfortable by narrowing the viewing angle while still blocking the sunlight. My apologies if I confuse readers.
