I gave these headphones a bad rating at first. The reason was that the operational messages of the device were in Chinese. not my language The user manual is available online. Not good at all. I finally figured out how to switch the language to English and it made a huge difference. I use these headphones when mowing a 3 acre lawn in North Carolina weekly. I have paired a phone with my iPhone. The noise canceling feature works just as well as my wired Bose kit. Very good. Sony is my choice now. I've found that I can leave my phone on the lawn mower and walk 50 feet or more around the corner to my house without losing contact with my phone. You are cozy. Don't hurt my head like Bose does after a while. I now recommend them. I've used them on my lawn mower all summer. I also use it when I jack with my Kubota tractor. The tractor and the bush pigs make a lot of noise. These headphones are really good at canceling out noise when listening to an online music radio station.
