I bought this charger as a spare in case my current one fails. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad L380 (not the Yoga version). This charger has some nice features that my original charger didn't have, which is a nice touch! - There is an LED to indicate whether the charger is connected or not. It's not an essential feature, but definitely a plus! This is a grounded charger. For some reason my standard charger is not grounded. Not exactly sure why, but it was the charger that came with my laptop. My OEM charger gets hot when in use. This charger runs warmer than my OEM but it doesn't seem to affect performance. My laptop doesn't really notice a difference between the two chargers.
