Review on Women's and Kids' 25L Lightweight Rucksack by Mike Sutherland

This is a great bag but I didn't give it five stars because the top strap came loose from the bag when I first used it. I bought two of these to take on my trip to Disneyland (pink for me, black for my husband) and packed a ton of stuff in them. They are very light so the bag itself doesn't add to your weight. Although luckily we didn't have any rain I'm sure the material will hold up well in the rain as it appears to be water repellent. I love that it folds neatly into a bag (which turns into an inner pocket). Ideal for storage. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, except for the fact that the strap didn't hold up very well. Update 2/16: Bago contacted me after reading my review and offered to replace my backpack. It didn't occur to me that I might still be entitled to a replacement as I had bought it months before using it. They sent a replacement. I believe this company is interested in their customers being 100% satisfied. Thank you Bago!
