Firstly, this product costs $18, it does not remove 100% chlorine and contains plastic parts! All in all, there is a noticeable difference, even after just one use. My skin is not as dry and itchy as it used to be. Yes, it leaked when I first installed it. I took it off and added a small ball of sanitary putty around the washer seal in addition to three coats of teflon tape, reassembled and tightened everything up. Nothing leaks and everything stays in place. Very affordable and works quite well and the filters last as long as the more expensive higher rated brands. We'll see in time but for now I'm happy. worth $$
