I am very impressed with Nathan James' customer service. I ordered this table and when I opened the box I noticed there was paint on one of the wooden legs that couldn't be removed and the table wobbled. I called customer service and a few hours later got a call back that they would send me a new replacement table without having to disassemble and return the broken table. Nathan James was quick to respond and communicated thoroughly via email to ensure my replacement table arrived safe and sound and in excellent condition! My new desk arrived within a few days and is exactly what I was looking for! The table fits perfectly in my small breakfast nook and is of great quality for the price. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family and will not hesitate to order from them in the future.
