I bought it for a computer monitor and the height, tilt and pan adjustments work fine for it. The ability to rotate the monitor 90 degrees is an added bonus for me, making it more likely that I'm reading documents on it rather than typing. The only drawback is the aesthetics. The base is solid but feels like a stamped piece of metal, giving it a cheap look. However, it's durable and now that I know it's well built I'll be buying a second one.
