I like how easy it was to use for employees who are not familiar with web-based applications or social media platforms in general (i'm still learning myself). The ability to have multiple users at one time has been helpful when having staff meetings via video conferencing using Zoom/Hangout etc. Sometimes you can't see everyone's face very well if they're all looking away from their computer screens but overall this program works great! It helps us communicate better internally as an organization while also helping our customers feel more connected through customer surveys where we ask them about what issues arise during service visits. We've recently started adding some self care features such as reminders so even though there may be 100+ workers logged into thoughtfarmer each day sometimes things get overlooked due to being busy working hard every single minute. But otherwise i would highly recommend thinking far.
