Contrary to other reviews, this item makes no noise and fits perfectly.
I hesitated to buy this item, reviews said it was loud, should be returned etc. Not my case, it fits perfectly, works great and I recommend buying it. It's quiet, works well and now I can use the heater in my bathroom to remove more moisture like I used to. more and they recommended replacing a complete exhaust fan. Since it matched my part number that I needed I took a chance and bought it. It was the right detail and now my exhaust fan is fully functional again.
