I bought this to carry in my bag to work where I often have to sit in the dark for long periods of time. This world works quite well. But because it's wire, it's not easy to put in a bag. So I don't use it for work since I bought it. But I really like the light, so I didn't send it back. I use this in my van when I need extra shelf lighting. It is easy to attach anywhere you want to place it. UPDATE: Right after the return window closed, the damn thing stopped working. So I just lost my money on it. UPDATE: The company saw this review and refunded the money without my asking. Wow. So I changed it from one star to four.
