Not happy that this item is non-returnable

Not happy that this item is non-returnable. I didn't see an ingredients list anywhere to confirm this prior to purchasing and assumed that Toms is a natural products manufacturer. I was wrong and now I'm stuck on a toothpaste with an ingredient I'm also allergic to. So you can't go back.
