I’m not even that big. 5’4 136ish lbs. if you go tight like you need, your back gets boob flaps. If you loosen it, what’s the point.The fabric feels like a life jacket. surprisingly rough considering reviews. Bending forward was a problem. Leaning side to side was ok because it kindof accordion’d over. It had great support and squeeze but I would NOT wear it anywhere or work out in it. Returned and going with a body suit style.
