I don't usually use them but I have one after surgery. It's very easy to fill (and will probably be easy to clean if I need to clean it). It's also very easy to turn on and off, airflow is easy to direct, puts out plenty of vapor without noticing a buildup of moisture on surfaces, is fairly quiet, has nice lighting, and an overall attractive form factor. Definitely happy with it. (I use distilled or ultrapure water, which seems to be recommended since tap water can't be used for things like this.)
