I bought a cheaper (quality and price) pair from another seller to actually test if blue light glasses help and after finding that they help I wanted to get better quality and switch to nicer steam. But when quarantine started and I spent a month and a half at home, watching TV for days or thoughtlessly thumbing through my phone, I started getting severe headaches and trouble falling asleep (even with melatonin and other sleep aids) that I've never had before. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try a few just to see if they really help as I can always return them if they turn out to be complete crap. I've never been so pleasantly surprised when I was wrong. Wearing them when playing video games, watching TV or playing zombies on my phone or computer completely eliminates headaches and problems falling asleep. You have nothing to lose by trying them out. Plus, you'll look great because they look amazing.
