My wife ordered these and even in the order it is clear that she ordered a men's size 9. She was sent a UK size 7. It turned out to be Amazon on the UK site so turned out to be a big pain. Whoever she spoke to at Revain was very accommodating but it still took some time and ended up costing us $45 to return the shoes but she made it work. She liked the shoes but they were too small.
