The item arrived very quickly! Smells great and appears to be made from a variety of natural ingredients such as aloe, argan and sunflower oil to name a few. I've used it once so far; It's a large jar with a wide opening so it was easy to apply. The product stays in place after application and is easy to massage into the hair. While waiting for the conditioner, I noticed a cool tingling sensation on my scalp! Must be caffeine. I have very fine hair and found it necessary to rinse my hair for some time afterwards to ensure a thorough rinse as the product is very soft. I would like instructions on whether your daily conditioner should be used primarily/additionally to this product or as a standalone hair care product; I just used the mask with no added conditioner. After drying, the hair was soft, smelled nice, and overall felt happy and thick, although a bit crispy at the ends. I plan to comb the product next time instead of massaging it with my hands to fix it :)
