I needed something like this to work because I needed to switch between apps. I placed an order for a similar device over 4.5 years ago with a company that turns out to be more of a "Go Fund Me"! All I got from them were empty promises and excuses for delays. I received this monitor an hour ago after ordering it 3 days ago. Finally getting your hands on something is amazing. After reading the somewhat confusing instructions, I connected the monitor via the Lightning USB-C port. I only have one of these ports, so I really like that that's all this device needs. Most of the other monitors I found in my research required cables for each of the two monitors. As soon as I connected the monitor, my laptop (windows 10) found the driver on the smart card (which was already installed in the monitor) and turned on both displays. I went into the windows display settings and changed the screen position (because my laptop had the left and right screens upside down) and I was ready to go! SO EASY! Of course I hardly had time to use it, but so far I like this product. I'll update my review if there are any issues, but fingers crossed I don't have to. My only gripe is that I wish the screens fold in more towards the user. The hinge/frame only allows it so far. It's still workable, but being able to log in a few degrees more helps with both visibility and privacy. But overall I highly recommend this product.
