Quest 2 simply slides over existing foam. Have done a few workouts well so far. Feels *a little* thin but at the same time a bit thick and will likely get in the way. In fact, the headset fits me a little better. Shipping took about 2 weeks but definitely worth the price considering it will last a while. I would have no hesitation in buying some of these to show virtual reality to friends or families of multiple people. It's easy enough to put on and take off, so everyone can have their own and avoid other people's sweat.
