They sent a replacement
When we first got the piano, the batteries didn’t fit right and the piano wouldn’t work. They sent me a replacement and so far so good! My son loves playing with it. Only thing I wish was different is the volume. When you first turn it on and start playing it’s very loud. I hate that Im constantly turning the volume down. But it’s a good product for the price.
- The sounds are pretty good and it has pro- programmed songs included.
