I received this product on time. I was a little concerned when it arrived as it was only in a display case and padded envelope. My husband is a master mechanic and installed it very easily. At first I was concerned. I thought I couldn't. After about 70 minutes my husband realized he had never turned the knob to fill the tank. So we turned it off for 20-30 minutes and then refilled it. After about 90 minutes we had HOT water! He hooked it up somehow so we could switch from propane to propane if needed, but we haven't had propane for a long time. Our light button is the same as many others, when off it's on, when on it's not. As we're staying in our van for now, I'm glad there's no fire. We only turn it off when we are doing a lot of things. I can wash the dishes and have hot water left over. My hair is falling back and we have well water so I don't wash it every day. And that's good. I usually shower and after a few hours I come back and wash my hair. When I try to wash and condition my hair in the shower, I usually rinse it off with cold water. We have 2 teenagers who need to shower daily. We can't shower back to back but we have a good rotation and we can all wash and rinse with hot water! All in all I am very happy to have found this product. I've talked to many about it. We haven't had any problems so far and it's been a good 2 months. 4 stars because it takes 80-90 minutes to get hot again once it's used up, but it's worth it!
