This is the second camera of this model that I have bought. The first one is still installed and running on my Ford Excursion. Why second? I trust it enough to install it in my 16 year old car. If knowing it's safe enough for your baby isn't good reassurance, I don't know what is. And I love this kid. I know this may be important to some people. Anyway, I live in a desert climate. 100+ in summer, snow in winter. In principle, the tariffs can vary greatly. The camera is still running. I'm not sure if that's all you need from a backup camera. But if it's a clear picture of what's behind you, then it's perfect.
