I love that there are 2 different sizes. It was very easy for them to create the perfect fit and the process was very quick. The instructions are easy to follow. I use them as mouthguards while I sleep and they go over my retainers AND invisible aligners. I sleep in and switch between both appliances for my teeth and I really need a dental guard to put on my orthodontic appliances. I "clench" or grit my teeth when I sleep, and these shields are so strong but soft that I don't bite through them. They are very comfortable. Sometimes I pick them up on the phone and forget I'm wearing them. PS: All this "hype" about a free refurbished pair, well it's FOREVER COMMITTED and NOT A NEW UPDATED PRODUCT. All you receive is an e-gift card with a link to the product to purchase. $$ doesn't even cover shipping if you don't have Prime. I asked in April 20 and received a gift card in December! The guards I was supposed to buy are just another "trademark" on the box; Content looks and works the same. In fact, this pair appears to be slightly smaller than the original.
