There's nothing I don't like about this bag. I like the design, size and convenience as I don't have to lug around a big bag of things I take from home in case I need them. It has 3 card slots and they are not so narrow that you can only put in one card. So far I've filled slots of 2 with no problem, and so far not more. I have an iphone 7 plus that fits perfectly and you could probably fit a few other small items in there like some sort of lip balm or something. There is also a spot in the front pocket where I keep cash now because it's convenient for me. The long strap is fully adjustable and very long, but I don't have a way to measure it at the moment. I would love to buy some of their large bags and one day complete the collection.
