Review on NAVA CHIANGMAI Thin Standard Color Of Mulberry Paper Sheets Paper Decorative DIY Craft Scrapbook Wedding Decorative Mulberry Paper Art Tissue Japan (Blue Tone) by Wendy Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for creating double-sided paper

This material is pretty in its own right (it's almost transparent when you look into the light), but I ordered this paper to make a pretty backing for more expensive origami paper by gluing the sheets together with wallpaper glue . Regular tissue paper tended to fall apart when I tried it, but this stuff stuck together really well, especially with better quality washi. It's thin enough not to get in the way when you fold it, as you might think. I wouldn't recommend it for intricate origami on its own, as its soft, almost cloth-like texture doesn't crease sharply, but is remarkably durable. x-acto knives if you're not careful. The paint also bled a little when wet, but it was very, very light and was marked on the sheet with a deep and vibrant color (maroon).
