Review on Claromentis by Warren Hess

I love that it is easy for our employees (who are geographically distributed) to use this tool as they log in from anywhere! The ability to have multiple user profiles so you can assign different roles or permissions depending upon your needs has been very helpful too. It would be nice if there was more variety when adding links/files but overall great product - worth looking into!! No issues at present; however, any additional features could make me happy since my job entails working remotely most days! Being able to quickly share documents via email makes collaboration much easier than having file servers scattered across offices throughout several states away from each other.
