Bumpy texture on nipple?

These used to be great pacifiers, but the last few packs we’ve ordered the nipple on the paci has had a somewhat bumpy texture. To the point that our little guy noticed and spits it right out when he used to love theses pacis! Wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

Pros

I love this pacifier, my baby loved it with the first try. It is very soft and easy to wash.

Cons

The pacifier may not fit all types of baby bottles
