The first came in damaged packaging and although the unit appeared normal it did not work. It wouldn't start no matter what I did. I sent it back and accepted a replacement. The replacement came in a good box but again it won't turn on! I have followed the procedure of holding the mode button for 3 seconds but still no success. I'm still waiting for the seller's reply. UPDATE (October 5, 2021) I wrote to the seller and he helped me turn the unit on. Management is completely incomprehensible. To turn it on you have to press the small rectangular button on the right for 3 seconds. Bingo! Now it works. The glasses that come with the kit are only good if you don't wear prescription glasses. In my case I had to purchase IPL LASER GOGGLES to fit over my prescription glasses to be able to see and control the device. In a few months I will report that the hair has stopped growing.
