I have bought this item 3 times, because it's slim and doesn't take up too much space. The last one I got, last week, had the 4 poles missing, so I wasn't able to attach the third shelf. Customer support won't let me report this, so I'm putting it in my review. Other than that, these are perfect for small spaces.UPDATE: THIS WAS MY MISTAKE. I RAN OUT OF POLES BECAUSE I ADDED IT TO THE CART JUST LIKE THIS ONE. SO THE BOTTOM SHELF NEED THE 4 POLES INSTEAD OF THE WHEELS. Fortunately, they sell the poles separate, so I'll just get 4 more.
