Better for the beach than outdoor activities
I have 6.5-7 US so I bought 7 just to be on the safe side. They were a bit flexible, so if you're on your doorstep, feel free to scale down the size. They definitely did their job but they are better for swimming/beach. I used them for canyoning and they didn't have a proper grip on slippery rocks and their natural thinness made them more painful on my feet. So I would advise not to do anything physically intensive.
