Turn off the energy saving screen
This monitor is by far the most disappointing I have ever used. My DP or HDMI cables do not connect reliably to this monitor because the power save feature turns off the monitor before it can connect. The same cables fit my TV perfectly. Disappointing aside, I think you get what you pay for.
