Hot water bottle is amazing, it melts balls in about 15 minutes and the temperature adjusts quickly when you want it hot or cooler. It turns on/off constantly and maintains the temperature you set. However, if possible, try to get a heating pad separately as the quality of the wax balls is not the best, especially when it comes to hair removal. It took 2 full bags of wax balls to wax ONLY my LOWER legs and there wasn't even a clean/smooth hair removal. If you're looking to do a full body removal I honestly don't think all the bags provided will be enough as the 2 bags I used still haven't removed all of my calf hair. I had fine hairs all over, along with so many bits of wax that would not remove oil or water, and then stuck to me/surrounding furniture for a good week or so. I've waxed for years so I know how to apply, remove and handle wax and this has been one of the worst so far. Also, it took me HOURS to wax my legs because the wax (I used yellow and blue as they are specifically for "harder" leg hair) broke and didn't spread evenly no matter how much/little I waxed . in use, and no matter how long I left it on. To top it off, the hair that was removed grew back in just 1 WEEK! I know I have hair regrowth and it has never been less than a week. SUMMARY: This wax didn't remove hair like some reviews claim, it was difficult to clean and it didn't hold hair longer. than a week. However, the heating pad is amazing and if you can get it yourself, do it!
