We have been using Halo sleeping bags since day one with my son. We started with one diaper and increased the size of each child as they grew. He is very tall for his age (literally exaggerated). He was in a big legless sleeping bag, watching him convulse. He wanted to stretch, but he couldn't. We weren't sure if it would make a difference, but I'm so glad we found out. He still tosses and turns A LOT in his sleep and will never wear a blanket on him all night and he's not old enough to really cover himself up yet. It was the perfect solution! We live in northern Michigan where we have hot summers and cold winters. I dress him up in pajamas and socks and he's perfectly fine whatever the weather. I can't recommend Halo sleeping bags enough for any age!
