I bought this top to wear under a fleece while I was in the barn - when I received it and saw how thin it was I was skeptical. But it really helped keep me warm and I'm happy with that. I bought the medium (I'm 5'5, bust 41, waist 35) and I'm sorry I didn't get the small. The middle one was too loose for my taste. I'm sure a smaller one would fit just fine, but I really wanted that. The sleeves were also a bit long, but almost everything I buy seems to have sleeves that are too long.
