Plush, light, breathable material. The sides are made of a two-layer, very light and airy mesh. Detachable back strap (for cross?) The detachable strap is the only reason I didn't give it 4 stars. No push up for a more "flattering" look, but I bought it just for comfort. For an impulse buy, this bra is really cool. I bought a medium size and I'm a size 34B. Comfortable and sits well
