I love that it allows for quick entry with minimal effort compared to other programs such as Quickbooks or Sage line 50 software. It is also very user friendly if you're new at using this program so there's no learning curve when trying out commercialism. One thing i dislike about commericalization system, however are all your notes in text form instead of images like most accounting systems would allow. Try some free demos first before purchasing anything! You might find another product similar but better suited towards what exactly your needs may require (i do). Having easy access from anywhere via my phone has been one HUGE benefit over having to use paper files/notes just because they were stored where we could not see them easily nor carry around everywhere due too their size & bulkiness of physical documents.
