I've had them for a few weeks now, I've used them several times and am happy with my purchase. They are the perfect size I was looking for for making reusable mokas, small lattes and cappuccinos. They arrived well packaged, separate in their box and then very well wrapped in plastic for a pillow in the post. No cracks or anything, even after I dropped the box. The glasses have not slipped out of the handle as I feared, but actually appear to be attached to the metal handle. I haven't tried removing them but maybe with some force they can be. They are easy to clean which I do by hand. I also let them dry quickly with a towel in case they are prone to rust.
