Wrong colour, fake, fake
I have always bought this product from a shop exclusively for licensed beauticians and have had no problems with it. But since I changed jobs and no longer own the license I decided to give it a try and buy it here and my goodness what a mistake! The color was supposed to be a medium chocolate brown 4-6 but my hair is pitch black! Not only that, the hair is dull, no shine and very dry which leads me to believe this product is fake. I don't recommend it.
