The poncho is worth the money and effort. Once installed, there is enough space for a sleeping mat or rug for your comfort. Lightweight so it can be placed in any home or bug kit. The system comes with tent pegs and guy lines and sets up in seconds. The only thing you may need is a camping stick or 3.5ft pole to support the front of the tent or tie the front to a tree. This poncho is better than my old military poncho in terms of cover use. I recommend this as an addition to any survival kit or day hikes in case it rains or you need to stay overnight.
