I went to the dealer. I was told the fob replacement would be $45 and the reprogramming would be $50. But there was a problem. Why would I need a new key fob when the real problem was that the conductive contacts on the rubber that met the circuit board were just worn out? So I took a chance, bought these, disassembled them into a rubber insert and popped them into my old key fob (I could have just popped the old circuit board into the new fob but I was stuck with worn out plastic) and it worked. like new. And since it's two packs, which cost about $1.50 less than buying two separately, I went for it. Perfect solution. Don't let the dealers bleed you dry.
