I was thrilled when my screen protector arrived and put it on right away. I've had iPhones and iPads since they were first released, and I've had the 2018 iPad Pro for a few years now. I take good care of all my devices and have never had to repair them. When I bought my new iPhone 12 Pro Max I realized why I should try my luck and bought a MagGlass screen protector for my iPad Pro. (I bought another brand for my iPhone 12 Pro Max). In less than two weeks I noticed what I thought was a scratch on the MagGlass. Upon closer inspection, I found that it was actually a crack in MagGlass, taking up more than half of the screen. As I said, I'm very careful with my devices and can't imagine my iPad having been hit hard enough to crack MagGlass since installation. The crack is very annoying and I'd happily replace it, but they aren't cheap. If MagGlass replaces it for free, I'll happily accept it. If not and I have to replace it at my own expense, I will definitely choose another brand. Probably the same brand I bought for my iPhone. So far it has worked as advertised.
