I ordered it on July 3rd (Friday) and received it today July 21st (Tuesday). It was shipped from China and turned over to the USPS in California, just FYI. I received an individual (and chose a black pendant and necklace) with white letters. There is something on the front and back to commemorate my unexpected death of a dog. There is VERY little in it. At first I was going to put his ashes in it, but instead I decided to put bits of dog toys inside. I have small pieces of his first toy, first nylabon, favorite nylabon, favorite squeaky toy, and his latest toy which I bought him just a few months ago (it was a rope so I took 3 strands, lined it up with a few strands of my dog hair and wrapped them in duct tape, then maybe cut off a 1/16 inch piece for inserting. All of his toy parts were the same size or a little smaller just so you know how little they last. If you plan on wearing this as a necklace, definitely suggest an adapter ring so it lays flat. The chain seems nice enough and is more of a box chain than cheap looking links. It would be nice if the whole thing was hollow so more could fit inside. Price. I also have a hard time wearing it as a necklace, so I'll either use it as a keychain or hang it on the rear view mirror in the car.
