Elastic and Soft Best Hair Accessories
Rubber bands are very elastic and soft; not too tight! The bows are very cute and well made. Good quality for the price! They look just like the photos. Good grade. Only the one with three rosebuds is not very suitable for small children. It's made of felt (so soft on the head) but that makes it a bit stiff. I think this will work great for my little girl when she grows up.
