The design is beautiful and well positioned so that it is out of the way and complements the child's performances. It is safely stored in a box with a sticker in the form of a package, so it cannot spread around the room. My only concern is that it has a slight chemical odor so hopefully it will be free of that in the future. Although these stickers will last a year for their intended purpose, after long hours of tedious work on baby, you can always tell you slept through the night. UPDATE: No chemical smell so ignore the 2nd paragraph.
