The product itself is super, excellent, outstanding. Does exactly what should and is advertised. The problem is that #1 in the picture shows the product in a box when it was actually delivered to me in a soft plastic bag. Number 2. The package contains "5 pairs" heating pads for over $6.00, my wife bought a pack of the exact same heating pad from Walmart with "10 pairs" heating pads for just over $5.00.
